The Tebex checkout terms, applicable consumer law, Cfx/Rockstar terms, and the product license apply in addition to this page and take precedence where required. {% endhint %} *** ### :telescope: Scope And Acceptance By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using a DaveDev resource, you agree to: * The terms presented during Tebex checkout. * DaveDev product license(s) are included with the resource. * this policy; * applicable Cfx.re/Rockstar platform terms; * the terms of required third-party dependencies. If you do not agree, do not install or use the resource. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot legally be waived. *** ### :id-card: Product License Purchases provide a limited license to use the digital resource; ownership of the resource and its intellectual property is not transferred. Subject to the included license and platform entitlement, a verified purchaser may: * Install and run the resource on FiveM servers the purchaser owns, operates, or administers; * edit the provided configuration and custom integration files for compatibility; * keep private backup copies for installation and recovery; * Use bundled item images and sounds only as permitted by the included product license. The Cfx.re entitlement and Tebex delivery record determine authorized access to the escrowed asset. *** ### :xmark: Prohibited Use You may not, unless DaveDev gives prior written permission: * resell, sublicense, redistribute, leak, upload, share, or publicly mirror the resource; * share the download or entitlement with another person or organization; * remove, bypass, defeat, or tamper with Cfx Asset Escrow or other access controls; * reverse engineer, decrypt, decompile, or extract protected code or assets; * claim authorship or ownership of DaveDev work; * reuse protected code, models, animations, sounds, or other bundled assets in another product; * Use the resource in a way that violates Tebex, Cfx.re/Rockstar, third-party, or applicable legal requirements. Configuration access does not grant permission to redistribute edited files or create a competing replacement package. *** ### :computer: Dependencies And Compatibility Product descriptions and documentation identify the environments supported at the time of release. * Third-party frameworks, inventories, FiveM artifacts, and dependencies are maintained by their own authors. * DaveDev cannot guarantee compatibility with every fork, private modification, future update, hosting environment, or conflicting resource. * Customers are responsible for reviewing documented requirements before purchase and maintaining a reasonable server backup and test environment. * A compatibility issue should be reported with reproducible evidence so DaveDev can determine whether it is a product defect, configuration issue, or third-party conflict. *** ### :upload: Updates * Updates may add, change, replace, or remove functionality when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, maintenance, or product improvement. * Update timing and continued compatibility with future third-party releases are not guaranteed. * Customers may need to merge new configuration options into an existing configuration rather than replacing files blindly. * Access to updates depends on the active purchase entitlement and platform availability. *** ### :box: Orders, Delivery, And Refunds Tebex processes the sale, payment, delivery, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes as the seller of record. Digital purchases are generally final after delivery or download, except where a refund or withdrawal right is required by applicable law or approved through Tebex's process. This does not limit legal rights for products that are faulty, materially not as described, or not delivered. Before requesting a refund for a technical issue: 1. Review the current installation and troubleshooting documentation. 2. Open a DaveDev support ticket with the required technical information. 3. Allow a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and correct a reproducible product issue. 4. Submit any payment or refund request through the route provided by Tebex. DaveDev may provide Tebex with a technical assessment or recommend a refund where appropriate, but DaveDev does not directly process the payment reversal. Examples that normally do not establish a product defect include: * buyer's remorse or no longer needing the product; * failing to review documented requirements before purchase; * unsupported or heavily modified third-party frameworks; * customer configuration errors that can be corrected through the documentation; * loss of access caused by a server, hosting, account, or third-party service unrelated to the product; * unauthorized sharing, license violations, or an entitlement owned by another account. Each request remains subject to Tebex's terms and applicable law. *** ### :money-bills: Chargebacks And Payment Disputes Contact support before opening a payment dispute so technical or delivery issues can be documented and addressed. Chargebacks and other payment disputes are handled by Tebex under its checkout and creator terms. DaveDev may provide relevant entitlement, delivery, support, and usage records to Tebex when responding to a dispute. If Tebex refunds, reverses, or revokes a purchase, the associated product entitlement and license may end, subject to applicable law and Tebex's decision. Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a lawful payment-dispute or consumer right. *** ### :scale-balanced: Warranty And Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DaveDev resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every third-party environment. DaveDev is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, lost data, or server downtime caused by installation, configuration, third-party changes, unsupported modifications, or inability to use the resource, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Customers are responsible for backups, access control, configuration review, and testing changes before deployment to a production server. *** ### :hammer-war: Enforcement And Termination A serious or repeated violation of the product license may terminate the permission to use the resource. DaveDev may report unauthorized distribution, escrow circumvention, fraud, or intellectual-property infringement to Tebex, Cfx.re/Rockstar, hosting providers, or other appropriate services. Upon valid termination or entitlement revocation, the user must stop using and delete copies of the resource under their control, subject to any rights or obligations imposed by law or the purchase platform. *** ### :plus-minus: Policy Changes DaveDev may update this page to reflect product, platform, support, or legal changes. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
